Savage's Bike Shop is the Longest Established Bicycle Shop in Canada!

Since 1897 we've been offering the best products and service to cyclists in Fredericton.

Savage's has a lot of history behind it -- Our goal is to take care of you each and every time you visit. That's why each bike comes with full warranty from the manufacturer and we provide free tune-ups for ONE FULL YEAR from date of purchase!

When we think about the big picture (as we so often do), we can't ignore the fact that we've been in business since 1897. Even more obvious is the fact that we still love what we do. We're proud of the fact that, at the end of the longest day, our team can be found hitting the trails, urban playgrounds, and racing circuits.

MEET OUR STAFF!

Matt

If you need something taken care of, Matt's your guy. Having worked in the shop for most of his life, he is the current caretaker of Savage's Bicycle Center. Matt brings a ton of experience to the table and ensures that our customer service levels are second to none. Matt currently rides a 2023 Look Blade, and works Tarmac SL6, a Haro 26" BMX and a Turbo Levo!

Todd

Todd is our Service Lead and has been with us over 18 years now! He is an extraordinary mechanic. He does it right and at a pace that is appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction. Todd will ensure that your ride is working as smooth as possible! He is a technical mountain biker and enjoys teaching good techniques and spending time with his two wonderful children. When it comes to bikes, "In Todd we Trust."

James

When he was a wee lad, , James started at Savage's, and has become a formidable mechanic and an integral member of the team. James brings an incredible amount of bike knowledge to the team, Not to mention a killer mullet! If you need anything bike related, James can help make it happen!

James rides a Norco Diamond Belt Drive Fixed Gear amongnst many others!

Will

Will is our customer service main man. You want enthusiasm? Will is your guy! Bike Knowledge? Most definitely! Drop in anytime and chat bikes. Look for the tall guy -- that's him! Will rides a Fixed Surly Steamroller, a Surly karate Monkey, and a Haro Steel Reserve 1.1.

David

David is our latest and greatest Sales staff! He's been riding around town for years, you recognize the moustache and you know it well! David currently rides a Surly Ogre and a Leader Cretin Fixed Gear.

Clara

This is Clara! She's been biking all her life. You will often find her riding her fixed gear around town or on a wicked gravel grind. Clara currently rides a Specialized Chisel and a fixed gear gifted by the shop!
